Although they both worked at Chaffey College for 36 years, Victor Oliva and Sandy Sheen didn't start dating until after they retired in June of 2010. Not long after that, they began volunteering together at Inland Empire United Way with the School Tools program. They have found a passion for volunteering by assisting teachers every week in the Teacher Resource Center. Victor and Sandy have truly become part of the United Way family. We are thrilled to report that Victor and Sandy are getting married this summer!
