Supply Drive Opportunities
I WANT TO HOST A SUPPLY DRIVE!
These are some of the opportunities available through Inland Empire United Way to get involved. Fill out the form below to get started.

The School Tools
Teacher Resource Center provides disadvantaged children with the school supplies they need to learn and succeed. At our School Tools TRC, local teachers have the unique opportunity to “shop” for supplies for their students and classroom once a year – completely FREE of charge!
School Supply Drive
School Tools Supply Drives greatly increase our effectiveness and ability to create a positive change in the lives of children. The items collected from the drives are distributed to low-income children in our local schools through our School Tools program. Volunteers can organize and collect school supplies with family, friends and co-workers. It is a fun and collective way to give back to the community!
Holiday Drive
Inland Empire United Way invites you to participate in a community effort to provide a happier holiday season for homeless and very low-income children in our local schools. Please join us in making the holidays more enjoyable for a child in need by conducting a holiday drive.

Kids Pack
The Kids Pack program supplies homeless and very low-income school children with backpacks filled with nutritious foods each weekend, when school meals are not available. The Kids Pack program is available in our community to ensure that displaced and underprivileged children do not go hungry and are better able to succeed in school.
Bag Childhood Hunger
Host a Bag Childhood Hunger campaign at your workplace or with your community group. IEUW staff will provide you with all the materials and support with anything you need! Pack a lunch, then donate the money that would have been spent eating out to help fight childhood hunger. All donations will go directly to feed local children through United Way’s Kids Pack program.

Pathways Home
Pathways Home is a coordinated entry system that is a simple and effective way to connect people experiencing homelessness with available housing programs and supportive services they may be eligible for.
Pathways Home Care Kits
Every individual and family needs a place to call home. Sometimes an act of kindness can foster a partnership. Together, we can meet the food and hygiene needs of our clients. Care Kits provide for the critical needs of those experiencing homelessness and act as an invitation to discuss next steps to improve their situation and end their homelessness.

ieReads
ieReads promotes early childhood literacy in the Inland Empire through volunteerism. Through story time events and other reading activities, volunteer readers help encourage a love of reading, as well as provide role modeling and mentorship. Our long-term goal is to improve academic success for children in the Inland Empire by ensuring literacy by 3rd grade.
